The Katia is located in Kassiopi 30 meters from a secluded pebble beach, on the north-east of Corfu, facing the coastline and the high mountains of Albania.
It has its own snack-bar-restaurant serving nice cocktails, fresh meals, ice creams and breakfast at all times. Next super market is within 100 meters. The Lovely village of Kassiopi, about 1,2 km away, is situated on a very picturesque sheltered harbor where there are a number of colorful waterfront bars, restaurants, tavernas, and shops

The Katia Apartments consists of 2 buildings, a large pool (max. depth 1,60 m.) a small pool (max. depth 0,50 m.), large pool-side space with loungers and thatch parasols (for free). All flats have their own entry, private balcony or patio, with bamboo furniture and lots of flowers around. Almost all flats are air-conditioned (extra charge).
There are a) apartments of 2 bed-rooms with shower, WC, kitchenette facilities in common and sheltered verandas, sleeping 4-5 people, b) studios (one plan) with kitchenette, walk-in shower & WC, sleeping 2-3 people.

The Katia was created by Mrs Katia Kaloudi, the owner, graduate of the swiss school of Glion for “Hotel & Tourism Business Studies”. Operates since 1988.
